DONNA D. MACK, founder and owner of Choice Designs, has been inspiring people of all ages to enjoy life to its fullest through the visual arts. Her works bring people together in a bond of humanity by seeing the world through her eyes. She loves to capture a feeling or a special place in the heart by her work. Although she’s created works in most media, drawing is her first love. Her artwork inspires memories of unique places where you might have been and want to return time and again.

Napoleon Bonaparte the French General /Emperor in the early 1800's said, "A picture is worth a thousand words." Donna’s art speaks for itself.

As a local, national, and international artist born in Los Angeles County, California, she studied graphic art in college and worked as an illustrator for the Boeing Company. After beginning a new direction in her personal life by having children, she turned to the fine arts to continue her studies in the field of art under the tutelage of Martin Lim (Edmonds, WA), the late Frances Trusdell (Stanwood, WA), the late Frank Reed (England/ New Zealand), Michelle Cooper (Marysville), and the renowned artist Ron Lucas (Seattle). These fine artists helped to encourage and inspire Donna to pursue her career as a fine artist.

After gaining entrance to prestigious art shows, including the Edmonds Art Festival, and winning multiple awards for her works, she continues her painting by working on commission and teaching classes in drawing and painting for surrounding communities. Teaching art classes since 1977, Donna is currently instructing students in her Northwest hometown of Marysville, Washington.
